Murad Ali Khan
Murad Ali is regarded as one of the leading Indian sarangi artists of the younger generation. He belongs to the sixth generation of musicians from his family, which includes Ustad Sagheer Ahmed Khan, Ustad Fakir Ahmed Khan, Ustad Rafique Ahmed Khan and Ustad Siddique Ahmed Khan – all renowned sarangi artists, musicologists and gurus of the Moradabad Gharana. Ali began his training under the guidance of his grandfather Ustad Siddique Ahmad Khan and father Ustad Ghulam Sabir Khan. He received accolades for his accompaniment with many noted musicians including Pandit Ravi Shankar. Ali is the recipient of the Aditya Vikram Birla Award, Sarangi Ratna Award, Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar and Sanskriti Award. He has performed in many major music festivals in India and abroad.

Murtuza Kabir
Murtuza Kabir Murad is the son of late Dr. Ali Ahmed and Latifa Ahmed. He started his music career in 1985 by learning Tabla from Ustad Khandaker Khairul Anam, with whom he trained for eight years. He also learned how to play the flute from Ustad Alauddin. He trained in flute with Ustad Shamsur Rahman for six years in Dhaka and matured into an A-grade flute player on BTV and radio.

Mysore Manjunath
Dr. Mysore Manjunath is a renowned violinist from India. He is the son and disciple of Prof. S Mahadevappa. Dr. Manjunath has extensively toured in India and abroad. He was the first Indian violinist to be invited to perform at the prestigious International Violin Conference held in Sandiego, and Persian Academy in The Islamic Republic of Iran. He is a recipient of the Sangeet Natak Academy Award and Rajyothsava Award, amongst numerous others.

N Rajam
Dr. N Rajam is considered to be one of the finest violin artists in the field of classical music. She mastered the Carnatic style at a very young age and later moved on to practice the Hindustani style of music.

Nilesh Ranadive
Nilesh Ranadive is a tabla artist from India. He trained under the guidance of Pandit Suresh Talwalkar and has been featured at prestigious shows in India and abroad. Ranadive’s performances are marked by his versatility. He has performed with the fusion band, ‘New Life’, and has also with Rahul Sharma, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Pandit Ajay Pohankar, Begum Parveen Sultana, Aarti Ankalikar and Pandit Sanjeev Abhyankar, amongst others.

Nishit Dey
Born in 1991, Nisit Dey started receiving tabla lessons from his father and uncle from a very early age. He eventually began taking vocal training from his uncle, Ashit Dey, and later trained to play the sitar from Guru Sheikh Sattar Mohammed till his passing in 2009. Since then, Nisit has been trained in Imdadkhani Gharana and continues his classical music training under Ashim Chowdhury.

Nritya Chirantan
Nritya Chirantan is a dance recital based on Tagore music, weaved together with three of Bangladesh’s classical dance forms – Manipuri, Bharatnatyam and Kathak. Conceptualised and organised by Sharmila Banerjee, and directed and choreographed by Shibly Mohammad, Bimbavati Devi, and Kirti Ramgopal; the dance will be performed by Amit Chowdhury, Sweety Das, Snata Shahrin, Sudeshna Swayamprabha, Mehraj Haque Tushar and Zuairiyah Mouli. Nritya Chirantan explores the mythical practices of dance, and the body expressing the creation and destruction of the universe.

Omkar Dadarkar
Born in Mumbai on 30th July 1977, Omkar received his initial guidance from his aunt, the late noted classical vocalist Manik Verma and thereafter from Ram Deshpande. After being awarded the CCRT scholarship (Delhi) for classical music, he was groomed by Pandit Yashwantbua Joshi. Dadakar’s numerous awards include the prestigious Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar in 2010, the Aditya Vikram Birla Puraskar in 2008, and the ‘Shanmukhananda Hall-Mumbai-Sangeet Shiromani’ award in 2007. Omkar has been working with ITC SRA as a Musician Tutor from 2010 onwards.
