1. When will the programme start?
Bengal Classical Music Festival will commence on Wednesday, 24 November, at 5 pm.
2. How do I get tickets for the event?
Registration is now closed.
3. Who will be performing at this year’s festival?
The ‘Artists’ section on the Bengal Classical Music Festival website contains complete lists, biographies, and photos of all headlining performers, co-artists and accompanying artists.
4. What time will the event end every night?
The event will end at 5 am every morning.
5. How many people will be able to gain entry at the venue using a single ticket?
An e-ticket will grant entry to only the person the ticket is originally issued to. All tickets are electronically scanned by our system to prevent an e-ticket being used multiple times.
6. Will Bengal Foundation provide bus services for the audience this year?
We will have pick and drop service for our audience members. Please check the ‘Audience Information’ on the Bengal Classical Music Festival website for further details.
7. Will people be granted entry by making photocopies of an e- ticket?
Photocopies of e-tickets are not allowed.
8. Will people be able to get in and out of the venue at any time they please?
Gates will open at 5 pm and close at 12 am (midnight). Multiple entry will not be allowed.
9. Can an audience member enter the festival grounds everyday using the same e-ticket?
The same e-ticket will grant entry for all five days.
10. Are there any provisions for food and beverage at the venue?
Food and drinks will be available at the food court inside the venue.
11. How do I know when an artist will go up on stage?
Please check ‘Schedule’ on the Bengal Classical Music Festival website to know about performance timings.
12. Can one person’s e-ticket be used by another?
An e-ticket is not transferable. All tickets are digitally scanned to prevent the sharing of e-tickets.
13. Are children allowed at the venue?
Children below the age of 12 years are not allowed at the venue.
14. Will visitors be allowed to register at the venue?
There will be no registration at the venue.
15. How can an audience members gain access VIP tickets?
Our front enclosure seats are reserved for government officials, army/combined military personnel, the sponsors and partners.
16. Will visitors be allowed to enter the venue with cigarettes?
Visitors will not be allowed to enter the venue with any tobacco/tobacco related substance.
17. Will members of the audience be allowed to leave any time of the night?
Visitors will be able to leave the venue at any time. However, multiple re-entry will not be allowed.
18. My Registration is complete but I have not yet received an E-Ticket.

20. I have not received a verification code
Please click on ‘Ticket Assistance’ on the registration and resend your verification code. If the problem remains unsolved, please call our helpline to resolve the issue.
Please note that our registration required a two-step verification process. Your verification code is not the same as your registration number.
21. How can foreign nationals register for the event?
Registration is now closed.
22. Will the members of the audience be allowed to bring in outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
23. What is the last date for registration?
Registration is now closed.
24. I am a Bangladeshi national trying to register from abroad. How do I proceed?
