Anindo Chatterjee

Anindo Chatterjee is a distinguished tabla artist from India. He began his training under the guidance of Padmabhusan Jnan Prakash Ghosh, and today he is regarded as a renowned soloist as well as an accompanist. Chatterjee has performed at prestigious shows in India and abroad and is the first tabla player to perform at the House of Commons. He shared the stage with almost all noted musicians of India during the span of his career and in acknowledgment of his immense contribution to music, he is a recipient of the President’s Award and the Sangeet Natak Akademy Award.
